How we ship products
Ordered products will be sent by Australia Express Post, securely and safely wrapped.
Returns and Warranty
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from Maria Zong in Hobart. Products are wrapped carefully to avoid any damage in transit, however occasionally accidents do happen and if, on opening your parcel you find a damaged product please email/phone Maria Zong within 48 hours.
If there is any other problem with your order please email us within 48 hours to initiate discussion. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits if a claim is not made within 10 days from purchase. There is no exchange, refund or credit for a product simply because you do not like it. We will refund or give a credit if an order is shipped in error.
